SENATE BILL 05-100 DISCLOSURE

  210 Cooper Condominium Association was incorporated in 1988, under the Colorado Non-Profit 
  Corporation Act, Article 20, Title 7, C.R.S. 1973, for the purpose of establishing a condominium 
  project under the Condominium Ownership Act of the State of Colorado, 38-33-101 et seq., C.R.S. 
  1973 (as amended).  The Declaration establishing such project was initially recorded March 15, 
  1966 in Book 219 at Page 451, et seq., of the records of the Clerk and Recorder, County of Pitkin, 
  State of Colorado.
